化佛手是種祈願的象徵，祈願此生以及未來生生世世，都能出生在有佛住世、說法的地方，都能有因緣可以學佛、修行。這是個無上的善願，一切善男子善女人，若能心中恆常憶念如此清淨善願，必能感通諸佛菩薩及護法神眾的加持，自然善緣雲集，生生世世都能生在佛國。

化佛手也是種提醒，我們除了要祈願生生世世生在有佛住世的善地，更要讓我們的生命情境，此時此地，當下就是淨土，就是佛國。一念清淨，一念慈悲，一念安忍，淨土當下現前。

 

The transformed Buddha's hand is a symbol of prayer. I pray that in this life and in future lives, I can be born in a place where the Buddha lives and preaches, and that I can have the cause to learn Buddhism and practice. This is a supreme good wish. If all good men and women can always remember such pure good wishes in their hearts, they will be able to receive the blessings of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Dharma-protecting gods. Naturally, good conditions will gather, and they will be born in the Buddha's country in every life.

Transforming Buddha's hands is also a reminder that in addition to praying to be born in a good place where Buddha lives in the world, we should also make our life situation, here and now, the pure land, the Buddha's country. One thought of purity, one thought of compassion, one thought of tranquility, and the pure land appears immediately.
