心情不平靜或渴望安靜一下的時候，很多人會選擇到道場走走，到佛殿禮佛，讓身心的紛擾沈澱一下。

但真正學佛的人，是把整個世界當成一個巨大的佛殿，把一切顯相都視作諸佛的示現，一切所見無不清淨，無不莊嚴；認真修行的人，是把諸佛的宮殿安住在自己心頭，行住坐臥，無時不在諸佛的加持裡，因此一切自然圓滿，自然吉祥。

 

When they feel uneasy or long for peace and quiet, many people will choose to go to the ashram or worship the Buddha at the Buddhist temple to let the mental and physical disturbances settle down.

But those who truly learn Buddhism regard the entire world as a huge Buddhist temple, and regard all appearances as the manifestations of the Buddhas. Everything they see is pure and solemn; those who practice seriously regard the Buddhas as manifestations. The palace resides in one's heart, and when walking, standing, sitting or lying down, it is always under the blessing of the Buddhas, so everything is naturally perfect and auspicious.
