總攝千臂手
《千眼千眼觀世音菩薩陀羅尼神咒經》卷上云：
「此名為總攝千臂印，此印能伏三千大千世界魔怨。」

兩手交疊
在擾擾紅塵
示現一個穩定的姿勢
不傾動不染著
就是大安心
不追逐不逃避
就是大自在

【祝福】
有時，我們會覺得有些障礙莫名其妙，有些困境完全沒有道理，有些人和你作對，想破頭也不知為什麼。除了好好檢討自己行事的風格，有些時候，我們只好把它們當作無始以來的因果業力，當成一種「魔怨」吧。

總攝千臂手，就以諸佛的加持，幫助我們化解一些莫名其妙的障礙，祝福我們逢凶化吉，困境自然消融。但總攝千臂手也是種提醒，要消融業力成熟的困境，當下自己要安忍，要觀空，要慈悲，要承擔，在受苦中不生恨意，甚至還能安心承受，歡喜面對，自然能用不可思議的心靈力量，調服一切違緣和怨敵。心，是真正的奇蹟，是最好的解藥，別忘了善用它，這才是總攝千臂手真正的祝福。

Yes, nature can use incredible spiritual power to subdue all unfavorable conditions and enemies. The heart is the real miracle and the best antidote, don't forget to make good use of it, this is the real blessing of ZongShe Thousand Arm Hand.
