自心所變現的魔鬼，是最難纏的魔，它最能在緊要關頭，刺中我們的罩門、踩到我們的痛腳，因為它最了解我們的弱點。

當我們脆弱的時候，貪婪的時候，嗔恨的時候，嫉妒的時候⋯心魔便在心裡坐大，如果放任心裡的惡勢力孳長，終有一天黑暗力量會侵吞心靈的善根，弄到不可收拾，一顆心就會變成煩惱的牢獄。而慈悲和智慧，是降伏心魔最有力的武器。

跋折羅手是種祝福，祝福我們超越心魔，戰勝煩惱，收復我們心靈的自主權；跋折羅手也是一種提醒，與其降伏看不見的天魔，不如降伏自心，魔由心生，心外無魔，調服自心，一切自然轉為善，轉為吉祥。

 

The devil manifested in our own mind is the most difficult devil to deal with. It can stab our Achilles heels and step on our painful feet at critical moments because it knows our weaknesses best.

When we are vulnerable, greedy, angry, jealous…the inner demons will take root in our hearts. If we allow the evil forces in our hearts to grow, one day the dark forces will engulf the good roots in our hearts and cause irreparable damage. If you don't clean it up, a heart will become a prison of troubles. Compassion and wisdom are the most powerful weapons to subdue inner demons.

The Bazheluo Hand is a blessing, blessing us to transcend inner demons, overcome worries, and regain the autonomy of our souls; the Bazheluo Hand is also a reminder that instead of subduing the invisible demons, it is better to subdue your own mind, because the demons arise from the heart.
