Official difficulties are so-called lawsuits and administrative disputes. If I haven’t met it, I feel like it’s still far away; if I have met it, it’s really annoying!

Modern life can be as small as paying taxes and traffic tickets, or as big as going to court and communicating with government departments. Once you feel annoyed, it is a kind of "official difficulty." The blessing of the axe-hand is to pray for the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, like a sharp axe, to cut away these annoying disputes, so that the entanglements can be instantly resolved, so that everything can be turned into good, and we can be clear and peaceful.

The axe-hand is also a reminder that we should also have a sharp ax of wisdom in our hearts. When all disputes are like tangles of vines, we should cut them off immediately and give ourselves a clear moon. If you don't clear up many things, they will only become more and more entangled. Cut them off, including some desires, greed, and delusions… Swing the ax of your wisdom and chop it down.
