第三三手相云：「若為慈悲覆護一切眾生者，當於錫杖手。」

歡笑佈施的時候

清淨微笑的時候

花開見佛的蓮花淨土

生命的天堂，就在我們身旁

它是一種溫柔的祝福

祝福我們，身處紅塵

因為用心，因為安心

宛如在諸佛的宮殿

宛如在天堂

 

【祝福】

錫杖，象徵守護的力量。千手千眼觀世音菩薩手持鍚杖，象徵他有能力作有情眾生的守護力量，是不安時刻的靠山，動盪時刻的定心丸。

什麼人能作人間的千手千眼觀世音菩薩，能成為一種溫柔的守護力量？答案是能慈悲喜捨的人。

慈是「予樂」，就是讓別人得到清淨的快樂；悲是「拔苦」，拔除別人生命種種難忍之苦，並幫助他別再犯下造成苦果的因；喜是「隨喜」，就是對一切美好的心念言行，毫不嫉妒地由衷支持，歡喜讚嘆；捨是「怨親等捨」，就是以平等心作佈施，沒有條件設定、不求回報地付出。

錫杖手祝福我們都能慈悲喜捨，心裡有一支莊嚴的鍚杖，永遠有能力幫助別人，成為人間一股祥和穩定的力量。

 

The tin staff symbolizes the power of protection. Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva with Thousand Arms and Thousand Eyes holds a staff, which symbolizes his ability to be the guardian force of all sentient beings. He is a supporter in uneasy moments and a reassurance in turbulent times.

Who can be the thousand-armed, thousand-eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva in the human world, who can become a gentle and protective force? The answer is a person who can be compassionate and joyful.

Compassion is "giving happiness", which is to let others get pure happiness; compassion is "removing suffering", removing all kinds of unbearable suffering from others' lives, and helping them not to commit the causes of suffering again; joy is "rejoicing", which is to "rejoice". All good thoughts, words and deeds should be supported sincerely and praised with joy without jealousy; equanimity is "giving up for grudges and relatives", which means giving with an equal heart, giving without setting any conditions and without expecting anything in return.

The tin staff bearer wishes that we can all be compassionate and joyful, have a solemn staff in our hearts, and always have the ability to help others and become a peaceful and stable force in the world.
