無論生活或工作，我們難免遇到和自己格格不入的人，想法、做法都天南地北，很難溝通，想起來就令人沮喪。對這種和我們比較無緣的人，挫折的時候，就會覺得他們真是「搗蛋鬼」。

現實生活裡的「搗蛋鬼」，其實常比虛無飄渺的鬼神更會造成阻礙，更令人煩心。

髑髏寶杖手是種祝福，祝福我們，源於千手千眼觀世音菩薩的加持與願力，一切造成阻礙的鬼神，都能轉為護持順緣，違緣轉為吉祥；也祈願一切比鬼神更造成我們生活橫逆的無緣人，都變成有緣人，重結清淨善緣。

髑髏寶杖手也是種提醒，有緣無緣是種相對觀念，當我們覺得別人很難溝通，其實對方也覺得我們很麻煩，我們也是人家眼裡的「搗蛋鬼」；唯有放下這種怨親的分別心，用平等的慈悲相待，這種緊張的關係才有轉機，才有機會成為彼此的護法神。

 

No matter in life or work, we will inevitably encounter people who are incompatible with us. Their ideas and practices are very different, making it difficult to communicate, and it is frustrating to think about them. For this kind of people who are relatively unrelated to us, when we are frustrated, we will think that they are really "troublemakers."

The "troublemakers" in real life are often more obstructive and annoying than the ethereal ghosts and gods.

The skull and staff are a kind of blessing. It is a blessing to us. It comes from the blessing and wish of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva with Thousand Arms and Thousand Eyes. All ghosts and gods that cause obstacles can be turned into protection and good luck, and bad luck can be turned into auspiciousness; we also pray for everything. The undestined people who are more responsible for the misfortunes in our lives than ghosts and gods have all become predestined people, reestablishing pure and good ties.

The skull and cane bearer is also a reminder that destiny is a relative concept. When we think it is difficult to communicate with others, in fact, the other party also thinks we are troublesome. We are also "troublemakers" in the eyes of others; only by letting go of this resentment Only by treating each other with equal compassion and discrimination can this tense relationship turn around and have the opportunity to become each other's protectors.
