How long does it take to engrave?
The engraving part is entrusted to assist the engraving manufacturer to carry out the engraving. After deducting the proofing time, it still takes seven working days (excluding national holidays). Since the engraving fee is charged by the manufacturer, there is no discount related to the workshop. The proofing part is communicated by email. After the engraving order is confirmed, an email providing the engraving content will be sent, and the proofing and confirmation of the manuscript will be carried out using this email.
Can you help send it abroad?
We will safely package the works according to the size of the purchased works, and will incur an international transportation fee. The transportation time and transportation costs will be evaluated based on the delivery country, postal code, telephone number and distance provided by you. You are welcome to discuss delivery matters with the online gallery customer service specialist before placing an order.
